  Members are requested to pay their dues and all arrears before the Membership Meeting to be eligible for voting. New members have six (6) months waiting period before becoming eligible to vote.

 If there is not a quorum for the 12:30 p.m. meeting, a second meeting will be called at 1:00 p.m. that same afternoon, which will constitute a quorum. Please take note of this change and attend the meeting.
